Dear future AP Language students,

It is junior year and everyone, mainly parents, are expecting you to do especially well this year because it is almost time to apply to colleges and they want you to make a great impression. That means taking as many AP and Honors classes that you can both mentally and physically handle. Then, you throw in an AP like AP Language and Composition, where you have know idea what you are getting yourself into. Taking an AP English course for the first time may seem like a really frightening and intimidating thing. However, I promise, after you have read my "Top 5 List" of things you need to know for AP Lang, you will feel as if you are already prepared with the necessary skills for class!
